Become a Vendor at the Market

The Westfield Farmers' & Artisans' Market is looking for new creative, enterprising vendors. We ask that you fill out the application and mail it to the address contained. Your application will be reviewed by our jury committee and you will know quickly.

We are a NYS certified market and require that agriculture, foods and artisan goods are local grown and local made. Please see Detailed Market Rules below for more details.

Important Note: If you do not qualify for the NYS certified market, please see our Westfield Flea Market page. They are accepting new vendors.

We offer the following options to our vendors:

Full-time member. This offers a reduced cost of $125 for 18 weeks with your commitment to vend a minimum of 16 Saturdays. This insures you the same prime location space each week. You also get priority on wait list and product category acceptance.

Part-time Vendor. You can choose when you want to vend for $15 per Saturday. We limit the number of vendors by category, if we are full we will let you know and will be placed on the wait list.

**Note:

All vendors for the 2024 season must re-apply before being able to vend/participate at our market. Prior year full-time vendors have priority based on tenure.
